Open every day (except Christmas!) We ship daily (M-F) via UPS and M-S via USPS Priority Mail. (Carrier Holidays Excluded)

Upon request, we can offer expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air, Two Day Air or Three Day Select Service (where available). Actual shipping (plus a nominal handling charge) costs will apply. Overnight shipping charges begin at $25.00, Two Day Air begins at $15.00 and Three Day Select begins at $12.50.

Note: Unless otherwise instructed by you, we may change, at our discretion, the shipping carrier selected to save you money on the shipping costs. We will automatically lower the shipping charges on small orders where warranted, and only charge your credit card for the lower fee.

All items are guaranteed to arrive safe or we'll repair or replace!

Note: If we are unable to repair or replace a damaged item, we will issue a prompt refund to your credit card.

Returns are accepted for any reason, except on personalized items; however, Store Credit Only if we are notified after 7 days from your receipt of merchandise. No refund of shipping charges unless we shipped you the wrong order.

Items must be returned to the above address, postage paid. Returned merchandise must be in its' original packaging, unopened, unused, and in saleable condition. No refund for damaged or broken items returned. If you receive an item that is damaged, call or email us to resolve the problem, DO NOT return the item without authorization from us as no refund will be issued.

No refunds on personalized merchandise. No refunds on merchandise returned between December 1st and January 1st if purchased between December 1st and December 24th, Store credit only.

Above rates include postage, insurance, delivery confirmation, packing and handling charges. Actual USPS Charges may be less as our shipments are insured through a third party not affiliated with the US Postal Service.

Priority Mail IS NOT a guaranteed delivery service. Average transit times are 2-3 Days after mailing, but may take longer. Delivery Confirmation numbers are assigned to every parcel and some in transit information may be available through the USPS Web Site (www.usps.com). These Delivery Confirmation Numbers ARE NOT Tracking Numbers and the Post Office will not consider a Priority Mail parcel "lost" for tracking purposes until 30 days after mailing. If you have not received your parcel after Ten Business Days (Monday thru Friday, Holidays excluded, not counting the day of shipping) from being notified of our mailing, please notify us by email so that we may begin the process of locating your parcel. Please include your order number to expedite our handling of your inquiry.

If you need to receive your merchandise by a certain date, you must select UPS as the Carrier and specify the required date of receipt in the comments section of your order. Expedited delivery charges may apply if there is insufficient time to process your order and have it delivered using regular ground service. We typically ship within 24-72 hours of receiving your order. However, all items are subject to prior sale and stock on hand and we may not be able to ship your order complete. We will make every effort to notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order in a timely fashion.

Above rates include shipping charges, insurance, packing and handling charges. Additional charges may apply if your parcel is classified by UPS as oversize and weighs under 30 pounds or requires additional handling (eg: Christmas Trees). In these cases, you will be charged the actual UPS charges for your shipment including insurance, packing and handling charges. We ship all UPS parcels with declared value for your protection.

UPS Air Shipments

Shipping charges for all UPS Air Shipments (Overnight, Overnight Air Saver, 2 Day, 2 Day - Early AM and 3 Day Select) will be added to your order after packaging for shipment. UPS rates for Air shipments are based upon the destination, size and weight of the merchandise being shipped and also include a nominal handling charge. Additional charges will apply if the dimentional weight of your parcel results in a higher tarrif weight (Refer to the UPS Website for specific information on dimentional weight shipments - www.ups.com), is classified by UPS as oversize and weighs under 30 pounds or requires additional handling (eg: Christmas Trees). In these cases, you will be charged the actual UPS charges, plus any surcharges, for your shipment, including insurance, packing and handling charges. We ship all UPS parcels with declared value for your protection.

Unless otherwise noted, the Zip Code origin for all shipments is 29926 - Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

International Shipping Charges

International rates are estimated at a flat $27.50. The actual charge will be determined by the class of service requested and the size/weight and destination of the parcel.

International shipments may be sent by either USPS Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail, unless another method is requested at the time of order placement. In all cases, the actual shipping costs (exclusive of any Import Duties, Taxes, Surcharges or Fees) for International destinations (Including Insurance) will be added to the order after packaging, but before shipping.

Customer is responsible for any Import Duties, Customs Charges, Taxes, Surcharges or Fees levied upon arrival by local Taxing Authorities, Customs or their Government on items purchased outside of their Country.

Sorry, we are unable to offer any shipping discounts or other adjustments to offset any currency conversion charges or other expenses associated with currency exchange and valuation differences or to offset any taxes levied by the destination Country / Taxing Authorities. All prices are stated in United States Dollars.

Canceled Orders

Orders may be canceled any time prior to our delivering them to the shipping carrier. Once an order has left our posession, it may not be canceled. You may refuse delivery and the item(s) will be returned to us. Upon our receipt of the returned shipment your credit card will be credited based upon our policy for Returned Shipments (please see below).

Returned Shipments

Any shipment returned as refused will have the amount of purchase (less a 10% Restocking Fee), and excluding shipping and handling charges, credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.

Items refused or orders canceled and returned after shipping occurs that are stated as being drop shipped direct from the Importer in the items' description will incur a Restocking Fee of 25%, plus actual shipping costs, regardless if original shipping charges were free.

Any shipment returned as non-deliverable will have the amount of the purchase (less a 10% Restocking Fee), and excluding shipping and handling charges, credited back to the credit card used for the purchase. If the shipment is returned as a result of our error the Restocking Fee will not apply.

If your order is returned as non-deliverable because of our error in addressing the package, we will re-ship at our expense. If your order is returned as non-deliverable for any other reason (eg: No Mail Recepticle, No Address on Building, Unknown Addressee, Signature Required and no one available to sign for parcel, etc.) we will re-ship upon request, however, Customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred.

Special Shipping Requests

We will honor, wherever possible, a Customer's request to use a specific method of shipping. The request should be noted in the comments section of the checkout form. If the requested shipping method results in a higher shipping charge than would otherwise be incurred for the order, the Customer will be charged the higher amount.

Requests to ship via a Carrier not normally used by Old World Christmas will incur a $10 Service Charge in addition to the actual carrier charges. This $10 Service Charge will apply to all shipments regarless if billed to the shipper, receiver or a third party.
